How To Send Your Handpieces To Us!
Our Shipping Program:
"We Pay One Way, You Pay One Way"
Place your broken handpieces in any box. Please include your name, dental office, address, phone number, and a brief description on what is wrong with your handpiece, in the box. Once repaired, we will return your repaired handpieces in our labeled box, along with our repair form and appropriate shipping labels, for you. Please save this box, and repair forms for your next handpiece repair.
MCS Handpiece's Shipping Program.
Customers Whom Use our Shipping Program with ICS Courier:
With our Shipping Program, we use ICS Courier for all our across Canada shipping needs. Call us for a pick up request, and we will call ICS Courier for a next day pick up service, and we will ship your handpiece to us, using MCS Handpiece's Account. Upon return, you will receive a ICS Courier Return Label & Next Day Pouch. Please keep this return label & pouch for your next handpiece repair. $25 will be applied to your invoice. Additional Costs may apply for Rural Areas.
Customers Whom Use our Shipping Program with MTS Logistics:
With our Shipping Program, We use MTS Logistics/Medi Trans Services for most of our local shipping needs. If you have an account with MTS Logistics, please send your handpiece repairs with your MTS Logistics driver on your account, and upon return, we will ship back on our account and you will not be charged for shipping. If you do not have a MTS Logistics account, we will call MTS Logistics for a collect pick up. $25 will be applied to your invoice. Additional Costs may apply for Rural Areas.
Customers Whom Use our Shipping Program with Canada Post:
If you wish to ship with Canada Post. Please drop of your handpieces at your nearest Canada Post location, and upon return, we will ship back and you will not be charged for shipping. For security, a signature will be required to pick up your handpiece's at you Canada Post location.
If a Unrepaired Handpiece is shipped to MCS Handpiece, and is Paid for by MCS Handpiece, $25 will be applied to your invoice. Additional Costs may apply for Rural Areas.
MCS Handpiece's Alternate Shipping Options
Customers Who Wish to Ship with Another Courier:
We also offer other Couriers, to return your repaired Handpieces. $30 - $40 will be applied to your invoice depending on Location. Additional Costs may apply for Rural Areas.
You may Request ICS Courier for your Return Shipping. We will advise you on the shipping charge.
