Shipping Your Handpieces to MCS Handpiece
How To Send Your Handpieces to MCS Handpiece!
Place your broken handpieces in any box. Please include your name, dental office, address, phone number, and a brief description on what is wrong with your handpiece, in the box. Once repaired, we will return your repaired handpieces in our labeled box, along with our repair form and appropriate shipping labels, for you. Please save this box, and repair forms for your next handpiece repair.

We have worked hard to keep our shipping rates as low as possible. However, due to the current global situation, we can no longer maintain these rates. As a result, we have made the necessary adjustments to our shipping fees. This change will help us continue providing you with the highest quality repairs, along with our commitment to honesty and excellent customer service.
To reinforce our commitment, we will be providing additional incentives related to these changes.
Offices Located Across Canada:
We use ICS Courier for all our Customers Across Canada, shipping needs. If you do not have a ICS Courier Account, we would be happy to help! Call us for a pickup request, and we will call ICS Courier for a next day pick up service, and we will ship your handpiece to us, using MCS Handpiece's Account. Upon return, you will receive an ICS Courier Return Label & Next Day Pouch. Please keep this return label & pouch for your next handpiece repair. Additional Costs may apply for Rural Areas.

If you have an account with MTS Logistics, please send your handpiece repairs with Your MTS Logistics Driver on Your Account. Upon return, we will ship back on using MCS Handpiece's account. Additional Costs may apply for Rural Areas.
