Chuck Brush Procedure & Usage

1: Lubricate and Clean the Handpiece.
MCS Handpiece Repair, New Handpieces, Handpiece Sales, Used Handpieces, Reconditioned Handpieces

A: Lubricate Chuck Mechanism with 1 drop of Lubricant.

(using Health Canada/FDA Approved Mineral Oil Lubricant)

B:   Insert chuck brush into chuck mechanism.

C:   Turn chuck brush in a circular motion, back and forth for 5 seconds.

D:   Lubricate chuck mechanism with 1 drop of Lubricant, repeating Step A

E:   Run Handpiece (without bur) for 5 seconds only to expel debris.

Be careful not to damage turbine

F: Repeat Steps A through E.

  • Chuck Brushes are Reusable. Please ensure suitable Cleaning of Brush After Every Use.
