What You Can Expect from MCS Handpiece.
When assessing a handpiece, we assess all parts of the handpiece including the ball bearings and chuck mechanism, just to name a few. Though, whenever possible, after proper assessment, we only install a new turbine rotor when it is necessary. This way you are not buying something you do not need nor want. If we find your handpiece to appear in working order, we will tell you exactly that. After all, honesty is the Best Policy!
We are very detailed with our repair quotes. When you receive a emailed repair quote. Not only will you find the attached quote with cost details, but we will explain exactly why you are needing certain parts and how to prevent them from failing in the future. This is why Honesty is the Best Policy!

Frank, our head technician, has been in many aspects of mechanics since he was young. Growing up in a family of trade mechanics, his passion has always been taking things apart, seeing what makes them work and how to make them work better and last longer. His passion along with his years of experience is what makes him such a valuable asset to our team!

MCS's Recycling Program!
We try our best to care for the environment. We have designed a recycling program where our customers would donate their old, broken handpieces for credit towards their repairs. All used parts collected from the program are taken apart, sorted accordingly then taken for recycling. We also try to recycle old handpieces much the same way, taken apart, sorted accordingly then recycled. One of the ways MCS Handpiece is trying to help out the environment.
All our information is located on our website. Lots of information is also available for download as well. We send out flyers with your repaired handpieces. If you are not using these flyers, do your part and Please Recycle!
