We have put in a lot of effort to uphold our handpiece repair service standards. Our repair technician has been diligently ensuring your handpieces are in excellent condition. We have implemented necessary changes to streamline our handpiece repair procedures.
These changes will take Effect on January 1st 2026.
Handpiece Repair Assessment Fee:
2025 and Earlier:
Included In Repair Prices.
After January 1st 2026:
Per Invoice: $15 per Invoice.
50% Off Assessment Fee On All Invoices $300 & Over.
Assessment Fee WAIVED On All Invoices $600 & Over.
Handpiece Repair Quote Fees
We have worked diligently to uphold our customer service standards. However, we have had to downsize our administrative operations. As a result, we have implemented necessary changes to streamline our handpiece repair procedures.
These changes will take Effect on January 1st 2026.
Handpiece Repair Quote Fee:
"Call In Office" Repair Quote Fee: $15 per Invoice.
"Go Ahead & Repair" Repairs: No Charge.
Emailed Repair Quote Fee: $15 per Invoice.
Unfortunately, We Do Not Offer Fax Repair Quotes.
50% Handpiece Repair Quote Fee On All Invoices $300 & Over.
