Handpiece Repair Services Include:

Warranty Tracking:

We Check Each Handpieces' History.

We Log Each Time Your Handpiece Comes Into Our Office, What Was Repaired, The Expiry Date on the Most Recent Repair.

Handpiece Assessment:

Test Chuck Holding Strength up to 5 lbs. of Pull
-
We Check for Loose Burs or "Hard to Seat" Burs.

Test Functionality of Bearings.
-
We Check for Vibration, Chattering Bearings and Heat.
-

Test Air/Water Lines.
-
We Test Air & Water Lines for Any Leaks or Clogs.

Check Handpiece Shell.
-
We Check for Any Visible Shell Damage.

Repairing Your Handpiece:

Disassemble Handpiece.
-
Repair or Replace Parts as Quoted.
-
Clean the Sub Assembly.
-
Consists of a Spindle, Chuck & Impeller, if applicable.

Clean Internal Parts of the Handpiece.
-
Consists of the Head & Body of the Handpiece.
-
We May Use an Ultrasonic Cleaner, When Needed.

Reassemble Handpiece.

Access Your Repaired Handpiece:

Chuck Holding Test.
-
Your Handpiece Needs to Have 5 lbs. of Pull to Pass this Test.

Bearing Function Test.
-
Your Handpiece Should Not Have Any Vibration, Chattering or Heat.

Air/Water Line Function Test.
-
Your Handpiece Should Not Have Any Leaks, No Clogs and the Air/Water is Functioning Consistantly.

Before Your Handpiece is Placed Back in the Box, After the Repair:

Lubricate Your Handpiece.
-
We then Lubricate Your Handpiece, Before We Return it to You.

Handpiece Repair Warranties:

6 Month Warranty on Parts Installed.
- Exemptions: Screws, Orings or Oring Kits, Glass Rods, to Name a Few.
- All Services Do Not Come with a Warranty.
- Including: All Cleaning's, Adjusting, Lubricating & Testing of Handpieces & Accessories Not Included in the Repair Warranty.
- Warranties Are Listed On Your Invoice.
- Warranty Expiry Dates are Located on Your Invoice, Underneath Each Handpiece Listing.
