Clean the Chuck Mechanism.
Step 1: Lubricate Chuck Mechanism with 1 drop of Lubricant.
(using Health Canada Approved Mineral Oil Lubricant)
Step 2: Insert Chuck Brush into Chuck Mechanism.
Step 3: Turn Chuck Brush in a Circular Motion, Back & Forth for 5 seconds.
Step 4: Lubricate chuck mechanism with 1 drop of Lubricant; Repeating Step 1.
Step 5: Run Handpiece (with Bur or Shipping Post) for 5 seconds to expel debris.
Chuck Brush's are Reusable.
Please Ensure Suitable Chuck Brush Cleaning after Every Use.

Lubricate & Clean the Handpiece.
Step 1: De-attach Handpiece from the Air Motor.
Step 2: Wipe off parts with Alcohol.
Step 3: Hold the Handpiece Upside Down. The Opening for the Air Motor should be Facing Upward. With an Aerosol Lubricant Spray (Photo to the Right) & Fill the Cavity with Lubricant.
Step 4: While Still Holding the Handpiece Upside Down, Attach the Motor & the unit tubing to the handpiece. Run for 30 Seconds.
Step 5: After Autoclaving the Handpiece, Allow to Cool Gradually for 30 Minutes to Room Temperature.
Step 6: Repeat Steps 2 - 4.

Make Sure your Handpiece is Well Lubricated.

Make Sure Autoclave Temperature is at Manufacturers Recommended Temperature (120c).

Do Not Subject your Handpiece to Any Heat above 132c/210f.
