How To Pay with Visa or Mastercard:
 

MCS's "Card on Account" Option is where we we add your credit card information that you authorize us to keep on your file. Once you approve a repair quote, as it is invoiced, we will charge your credit card that you have authorized us to charge. We will send you MCS Handpiece's Paid Invoice, MCS Handpiece's Signed Receipt, and the Merchant Credit Card Receipt along with your Repaired Handpieces.

Customer Account Information:

Enter the Doctor's Name or Dental Office that Appears Under the Account ID on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

Enter the Address that Appears on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

Enter the Office Phone Number that Appears on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

Enter the Email that You Would Like Your Payment Receipts Be Sent To.

"Card on Account" Payment Terms & Conditions:
 

By Filling Out this Authorization Form for our “Card on Account” list, You are Authorizing MCS Handpiece Ltd to do the following:

​

  • Keep Your Credit Card Information on your Account in our Accounting Software, Very Secure.

​​

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. will charge your credit card that in on your account, only after your Repair Quote is Approved and Invoiced.

​

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. will then send you a Paid Invoice, Credit Card Receipt Generated from MCS Handpiece Ltd.’s Merchant Software and MCS Handpiece Ltd.’s Signed Paid Receipt along with your repaired handpieces.

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. Requires the CVV2 (card verification value code) on the back of all major credit cards. A CVV2 is terms for a security feature for "card not present" payment card transactions instituted to reduce the incidence of credit card fraud. If the customer is not willing to provide this number, MCS Handpiece Ltd. will not complete the payment.

However, MCS Handpiece Ltd. Does Not Accept American Express, Discover Card or any other US Credit Card.
