How To Pay with Visa or Mastercard:
 

Call our office (604) 575-8544 to pay with your credit card. We need your credit card number, expiry date, and the CVV2 number located at the back of the card. Credit Card will be processed on the business day. We can email you a receipt, or simply watch out for "MCS Handpiece" on your credit card statement.

If you wish, you can also fill out our form below. We will then collect the information and process your payment. Please state if you would like us to email you a receipt.

Enter the Address that Appears on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

One-Time Payment Terms & Conditions:
 

By Filling Out this Authorization Form, You are Authorizing MCS Handpiece Ltd to do the following:

  • Collect Your Credit Card Information to be used on TD Merchant PC Software to Process Your Credit Card Payment for the Amount Authorized Above.

 

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. will Charge your Credit Card given & Authorized Above, only after your Repair Quote is Approved and Invoiced. MCS Handpiece Ltd. Will Not Keep Your Credit Card Information.

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. will then send you a Paid Invoice, Credit Card Receipt Generated from MCS Handpiece Ltd.’s TD Merchant PC Software and MCS Handpiece Ltd.’s Signed Paid Receipt along with your repaired handpieces.

​

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. Requires the CVV2 (card verification value code) on the back of all major credit cards. CVV2 is terms for a security feature for "card not present" payment card transactions instituted to reduce the incidence of credit card fraud. If the customer is not willing to provide this number, MCS Handpiece Ltd. will not complete the payment.​

However, MCS Handpiece Ltd. Does Not Accept American Express, Discover Card or any other US Credit Card.
