How To Pay with Visa or Mastercard:
 

MCS's "Call to Charge" Option is very popular! We we add your credit card information that you authorize us to keep on your file. When it is time to pay your invoice, simply contact us @ info@mcshandpiece.com or (888) 575-8544 and say "CHARGE THAT CARD!".

We will need to verify a few details first. We need the last 4 digits of the card number on your account, the invoice number and amount that you would like us to process on your card. 

In using our “Call to Charge” Payment Option, we will always send you a receipt email with the​ accompanied documents.

Customer Account Information:

Enter the Doctor's Name or Dental Office that Appears Under the Account ID on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

Enter the Address that Appears on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

Enter the Office Phone Number that Appears on Your MCS Handpiece Account.

Enter the Email that You Would Like Your Payment Receipts Be Sent To.

"Call To Charge" Payment Terms & Conditions:
 

By Filling Out this Authorization Form for our “Call To Charge” list, You are Authorizing MCS Handpiece Ltd to do the following:

​

  • Keep Your Credit Card Information on your Account in our Accounting Software, Very Secure.

​

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. will send you an Invoice for your handpiece repairs, only after your Repair Quote is Approved and Invoiced.

​

  • You will then either Call us or Email us by Saying or Writing “Charge that Card” with the Account ID, Invoice Number & Amount you wish to pay. By doing so, you are giving MCS Handpiece Ltd. Authorization to Charge the Credit Card we have on your account for the Invoice Number & Amount Provided in Either the Call or Email Communication.

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. will then send you a Paid Invoice, Credit Card Receipt Generated from MCS Handpiece Ltd.’s Merchant Software and MCS Handpiece Ltd.’s Signed Paid Receipt along with your repaired handpieces.

  • MCS Handpiece Ltd. Requires the CVV2 (card verification value code) on the back of all major credit cards. A CVV2 is terms for a security feature for "card not present" payment card transactions instituted to reduce the incidence of credit card fraud. If the customer is not willing to provide this number, MCS Handpiece Ltd. will not complete the payment.​

MCS Handpiece Ltd. Accepts Visa Credit Cards & MasterCard Credit Cards.
However, MCS Handpiece Ltd. Does Not Accept American Express, Discover Card or any other US Credit Card.
