Procedure; How to Send Hp’s to MCS’s Recycling Program:

Select the handpieces that you would like to submit to MCS’s Recycling Program.
- Download & fill out MCS’s Repair Order Form. This can be found on our Downloads Page.
- Please note the Handpiece Make, Model & Serial Number of each handpiece to be submitted to MCS’s Recycling Program. This information is used as confirmation that you are giving approval for MCS Handpiece Ltd. to keep your handpieces.
Place in any Box or Envelope to be shipped with your choice of courier.
- MCS Handpiece Ltd. will not pay for any shipping related to shipping handpieces to MCS’s Recycling Program.
Ship your Recycling Program Handpieces.
- Please be advised that MCS Handpiece Ltd. Will Not Ship Back Empty Boxes.
- MCS Handpiece Ltd. will not pay for any shipping related to shipping handpieces to MCS’s Recycling Program.
Once MCS Handpiece Ltd. has received your handpieces to be submitted to MCS’s Recycling Program, MCS Handpiece Ltd. will log each handpiece’s warranty history. An Assessment will be done on each handpiece. Once the Assessment is complete, MCS Handpiece Ltd. will email you a MCS’s Recycling Program Quote with a “Zero Balance”, stating what handpiece is selected for the MCS’s Recycling Program and what the Credit Value is of each handpiece. This information will be noted on the MCS’s Recycling Program “Zero Balance” Quote.
Once you receive MCS’s Recycling Program “Zero Balance” Quote, please respond with your Approval of the MCS’s Recycling Program “Zero Balance” Quote. Your Approval is required before any Discounts are applied. Discount Given for Each Handpiece that is Traded In for Recycle.
Once MCS Handpiece Ltd. receives your Approval of the MCS’s Recycling Program “Zero Balance” Quote, MCS Handpiece Ltd. will then send you the Final MCS’s Recycling Program “Zero Balance” Invoice for your records.
